The problem

OVS Group runs a House of Brands, and the brands are not variations on a theme. A family value proposition, a contemporary knitwear house, a menswear label built by a designer with a strong personal signature, a childrenswear line, a lingerie brand: each has its own customer, its own creative director, and its own idea of what a good photograph looks like.

Traditional production handles this by multiplying: different agencies, different studios, different crews for different brands. That produces distinct identities and three problems with them. Cost scales linearly with brand count. Quality varies by whoever is on set. And nothing learned on one brand transfers to any other, so every brand starts from zero every season.

The alternative most groups try, consolidating onto one production partner, usually flattens the brands. One crew, one studio, one set of habits, and gradually every brand in the portfolio starts looking like the same house.

What we did

Each brand is configured as its own identity inside the same production system: its own brand book, its own lighting, its own posing language, its own shot list per product category, its own margins and crops per channel. Sister lines that a shared crew would inevitably blur stay separate by construction, because their rules are separate.

Products arrive automatically. Every night, Sartiq connects to OVS systems and pulls new products, so the production queue is loaded without anyone copying files or renaming folders between systems.

What it unlocked

Once production stops being bounded by set days and crews, teams start doing things a physical shoot cannot justify. The ecommerce team A/B tests looks per item before committing a shot to a product page. A styling idea that would never survive a budget conversation gets tried, measured, and either kept or dropped on evidence.

Why it matters

This is the clearest demonstration of what a next generation content studio does that a traditional one cannot. Not cheaper images. Not faster images. Twelve distinct brand identities, each held precisely, each improving with every correction, produced through a single system with a single point of accountability, and every creative director in the group still recognising their own brand on the page.

What we produced: Complete PDP sets, ecommerce and wholesale content across 12 brands and 18+ product lines, with per channel export guidelines and post production by Sartiq throughout.
