The problem
Uomo speaks a different pose language than Essentials. Different stance, different attitude, different relationship between the model and the camera. Those differences are what make it a distinct proposition to a distinct customer, and they are exactly what gets lost when production is consolidated for efficiency.
Most groups face a choice they should not have to make: keep the lines distinct by producing them separately at multiplied cost, or consolidate production and watch the identities drift together.
What we did
Uomo runs its own approved pose set, its own lighting and its own shot list, on the same production system that runs Essentials. The two lines share infrastructure and share nothing visually.
Why it matters
Consolidation without flattening is the thing groups want and rarely get. Here it is demonstrated in one image: the efficiency of one operation, with the separation of two.
What we produced: PDP sets to line guidelines, with post production by Sartiq throughout.
